The Certified Service Location designation verifies that your organization has implemented system-level controls that promote consistency across locations.

Accreditation Requirements

Network Thresholds

  • 70% of field techs must be Level 1+
  • 1 Level 2 tech per 10 field techs (System-wide)
  • Each location needs access to a Level 2 for escalation
  • Mandatory Level 2 involvement for diagnosis & gas repair

Service Controls

  • Documented SOPs for triage & risk
  • Standardized cleaning & repair procedures
  • Stop-work criteria defined
  • Internal QA review (2 jobs/tech/quarter)

Assessment & Surveillance

Initial Certification

Application and SOP review, followed by an orientation call. We review 30 de-identified job records (including 10 Level-2 jobs) and verify technician rosters.

Ongoing Surveillance

Annual review of credential rosters, QA summaries, and complaint logs. Includes annual sampling of 15 job records across locations.

Corrective Actions

AGSI may require corrective action plans, follow-up sampling, or temporary claim restrictions for nonconformities.
