Network Thresholds

Assessment & Surveillance
Initial Certification
Application and SOP review, followed by an orientation call. We review 30 de-identified job records (including 10 Level-2 jobs) and verify technician rosters.
Ongoing Surveillance
Annual review of credential rosters, QA summaries, and complaint logs. Includes annual sampling of 15 job records across locations.
Corrective Actions
AGSI may require corrective action plans, follow-up sampling, or temporary claim restrictions for nonconformities.
